I use this bag for Canon EOS500d. The maera fits reasonaly suggly witha little room to spare for example spare battery etc. The shoulder strap has rubber round the shoulder which grips quite well. good sized pocked on the front with zip I use a smaller Lowepro for my current point and shoot (samsung L85), and both of these bags are great.
The main issue as always is getting the correct size for your needs - the bags themselves are good quality.

Bought this item a couple of years ago now and it basically 'does what it says on the tin', as it were.
Takes my FinePix S6500fd perfectly plus the usual additional bits and pieces like spare batteries etc.
No complaints and happy to recommend.

Great product and such a good price. I use it for my Nikon D3000 and even with the lens hood on it fits in there. Zip up pockets make it great for storing memory cards, lenspens, body caps e.t.c
As many others have said if you've got more than just a kit lens then this may not be the best case for you, but if you are starting out and need something cheap to protect your kit this is great !
A good fit for the Panasonic Lumix FZ38 July 16, 2010

I spent some time looking for a suitable case for my FZ38 but they always seemed to be too small or much too large. This case is ideal as it takes the camera with the lens hood attached and there is still room for a spare memory card, battery and lens filters. For the price the quality is excellent.

This is a good, well designed and well made bag. The opening away from you makes it easy to remove the camera (some bags open the other way and are a bit awkward). If it was the right size I'd give it 5 stars.
However I bought it for my Panasonic Lumix G1 but this case is a bit large for the camera with standard 14-45mm lens which is not held snugly and can move around. It is also fractionally too small for the body + 45-200mm zoom which is disappointing.
I'll probably devise a bit of extra padding & use it for the standard zoom , either that or sell it and buy something more suitable..
