5 out of 5 stars Excellent   July 13, 2010
Jerry
Well happy with the bag. Lots of room for my Canon 450D, and the ability to put in more stuff helps. Have a "flap" that holds it into place better, with the option of removing the flap should I get a larger lens. Also have a flash and a few other bits and bobs in it. The top front pocket can hold food, or just my hat :D

The way the bag "slides" to my front to allow me to take my camera out is very nice. There are two clips to keep the bag from opening up fully and this stops stuff from spilling out accidentally.

3 out of 5 stars Three and a half stars - Try before you Buy   July 13, 2010
Dr. G. Austin (Black Country UK)
This bag is well made, pretty spacious and comfortable. I like the way you can swing it from your back to the front to get the camera out. I find the stability strap works very well for longer walks - but all the weight is on the right shoulder (same as a traditional bag).
The bag takes my camera, three lenses, small binoculars and bits and bobs. My beercan lens has to go in the upper accessory pocket though. It looks awkward to hang a decent sized tripod off it but I have never tried it.
The reason I'm vacillating between 3 and 4 stars is twofold:
1) the bag is fairly bulky for the amount of space inside - but that is not so noticeable when you are carrying it;
2) the biggest quibble is that to get at a lens you have to open the bag completely by unzipping the large opening to reveal both top and side (front in operation). This can't be done (by me) without taking the bag off - which is a bit of a nuisance if its raining or muddy. I have tried extracting lenses while its still hanging in front of me but you risk dropping a lens.
I have bought a waistcoat so I can extract the lens in good time and keep the bag done up.

Overall I like it but it is a compromise.
Don't dismiss this quality bag but I recommend trying before buying.

5 out of 5 stars Meet my needs   June 8, 2010

I am very pleased with this bag: it is big enough but not too big and comfortable on the shoulders.

5 out of 5 stars Lowepro Slingshot 200   June 5, 2010
David Collinson (England)
I`ve had this bag now for a couple of months and absolutly love it.
It fits my Olympus in with the 70-300 mm lens on and theres loads of space for more lenses , or what ever you want to keep in the main adjustable interior compartment .Then there`s the back pocket and one on top for filters cables cleaning stuff etc . My monopod fits lovely in the side loop.
I`ve found this very comfy to carry being well made and designed - love the way it can be swung in front of you for easy access or support .
I have no problems recommending it.

5 out of 5 stars Brilliant!   June 1, 2010
Mr. Keith Godwin (England)
I bought this for my recently purchased Nikon d3000.
I decided that this would be suitable rather than a shoulder bag as this camera will be doing a lot of traveling with me.

The bag is very comfy to wear (even for long periods of time).
There is plenty of storage for my camera and has plenty of storage for lenses, keys, wallets etc....

Also access to the camera whilst on the move is really easy.
