Bought this bag to hold my Canon 500 with zoom attached and also with battery grip attached.Fits in with still room for 18-55 kit lens,batteries, filters,sd cards,and much more.Even when full to the brim the bag is still not too heavy or bulky.The quality is as all Lowepro products ...first class.Prefer this bag to my Lowepro Slingshot which I thought was good.Recommend it with no hesitation.Lowepro Nova 190 AW All Weather Shoulder Bag for Digital SLR - Ultramarine Blue

I purchased the Lowepro Nova 190 in late July and have now been using it for over a month. This is a fantastic product. Holds Canon 450D, 50mm lens, 28-135mm lens and 70-300mm lens as well as spare batteries, SD cards, UV filters and a Flash Unit. The velcro inserts hold firmly, the base is nicely padded too.
It's a cosy fit and if you have a larger kit I would recommend a larger size, but this is perfect for me. Not too big to carry around at motorsport meetings all day, and not too heavy. During the Silverstone Meeting on the 7th August, the showers were quite heavy at times - the all weather protective cover was a god-send. This is hidden neatly at the bottom of the bag in it's own pocket. Unzip, pull it over the top, 100% protection.
This is half the price of the Canon bag I looked at and far, far superior.

Superb product does the job perfectly.
Pre-sale info was very good and accurate. I love the dark blue (much better than boring black!!!) I feel happy that my expensive equipment is as well protected as it can be. very pleased with the Lowepro Nova 190aw.

Designed by a photographer for photographers, big enough for my Nikon D3000, a 55-200 Nikkor zoom and a Flashgun, with even some more capacity for lenses, filters etc. Ideal for the amateur or semi pro photographer, those who need to carry a range of equipment but not to the extent of needing a wheelbarrow to haul it all around.
I really like the all weather cover, great for the british summer, rain that is.
It is a bag I would most highly recommend.
